Registration is Now Open!
Registration to the 2017 West Coast ‘Ukulele Retreat is now open, and since we have somewhat limited capacity this year, we urge you to register as soon as possible. But first, here are some important changes to how we have handled registration in the past.
As always, you will register for the retreat with us. And you will still register and pay for your meals and lodging directly with Asilomar. However, you can now secure your spot at the retreat with a $100 deposit before you register for housing with Asilomar and pay the balance to us later.
And we have a great line-up in store: Gerald Ross, Dave Egan, Phil Doleman, Jim D’Ville, Rhan Wilson, Rick Zeek, and more! You can read more about them on the website.
The retreat fees are:
- $639 – regular participant staying at Asilomar
- $969 – for a participant plus their *companion who will not be taking regular classes or workshops
The additional cost for meals and lodging for 4 nights at Asilomar is:
- $752/person – shared double room
- $1,136/person – single room
In order to register, first pre-register for the retreat by mailing in a $100/person deposit with your Registration Form. Once we have received that, we will send you the Asilomar housing application. If Asilomar does not have space for you, your deposit will be returned.
Once you have your room at Asilomar squared away, we will send you the link to complete your retreat registration and pay any outstanding registration fees. (We may not ask for this until after the first of the year.)
We have also added an extra, optional, day to the retreat for those who just couldn’t get enough with our traditional 5-day, 4-night format. The additional cost of this extra day (Tuesday, May 16 – 17) is $149 and does not include any additional lodging fees. You can read more about it and register for this extra day when you fill out your Registration Form.
So, if you are ready to register for “the most fun you can have with your ‘ukulele on?” Here ya go:
Hope to see you in May!
